Return Policy

Every 3 Tree lamp and sculpture is a genuine one-of-a-kind, shaped and finished by hand. Because each piece is unique and reserved for a single owner, please read this policy carefully before you order.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, "no longer needed," or ordering by mistake. Once a piece is reserved for you, it is taken off the shelf for everyone else.

Damaged or not as shown

If your order arrives damaged, or is materially not as shown on the website, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to make it right.

Please note

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery — after this window we are unable to accept them.
• Natural variation in the wood grain, colour, knots and shape is part of every handmade driftwood piece and is not considered a defect.
• Because every piece is unique, an identical replacement may not be available; where a piece cannot be repaired or replaced, we will agree a fair resolution with you.
