At 3 Tree, we want you to fall in love with your piece the moment it arrives. If for any reason you don't, we've made it simple to return.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return — for any reason, no questions asked. Whether the piece isn't quite what you expected, doesn't fit your space, or arrives damaged, we'll take it back and refund you in full.

There's no need to explain why — just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest.

How to request a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 328 1642002 within 14 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and a few photos of the piece (this helps us process things faster, especially for damage claims).
3. We'll arrange pickup of the item from your address.
4. Once we receive the piece back, your full amount will be refunded — no deductions, no restocking fees.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. For COD orders, the advance amount is refunded via bank transfer. For full advance payments, the entire amount is refunded to your original payment method or bank account.

A note on natural variation

Every 3 Tree piece is handcrafted from reclaimed driftwood, so natural variation in grain, colour, and shape is part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind — this isn't considered a defect. That said, if you simply don't love how your piece turned out, our 14-day guarantee still applies. Your satisfaction matters more than a sale.
